The Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary are celebrating Australian Pollinator week and have invited us to participate to help raise awareness.

Along with information displays, we will be selling crochet bees, books and raffle tickets for the native bee hotel, which was kindly built by Tony.

We will provide a short talk on native bees to visitors to the sanctuary, which will cover both solitary and social native bees, at a generalised level. We will also demonstrate building a native bee hotel using bamboo

This is an opportunity to share our love of native bees with the community, while raising some funds for their conservation and protection.
